Step 9: At the end of your workout, tap again on the

“Start/Stop” bu[on to stop the treadmill:

A simple push on this bu[on will pause the

treadmill (When you start an other workout,

you can tap on this bu[on without the 3 beeps)

A long press on this bu[on will stop the

treadmill (You need to wait for the 3 beeps

again for your next workout)
