• If the running belt deviates to the left, ,pull out the safety lock and turn off the power switch.Rotate the left adjusting
bolt clockwise by 1/4 round, running the treadmill,
observe the running belt deviation. Repeat the steps until the
running belt in the middle. As shown in Figure B.
•The belt will gradually relax after adjusting above or after using for a period of time, and it needs to be adjusted.
•Pull out the safety lock and turn off the power switch, rotate the right adjusting bolt clockwise by 1/4 round and then
rotate the left adjusting bolt clockwise by 1/4 round.Running the treadmill,
observe the running belt tightness. Repeat
the steps until the belt tightens properly. As shown in Figure C.
Ribbed belt tightness adjustment
After you use the treadmill for a long time, the ribbed belt will become loose due to wear or tear or tensile deformation;
therefore, you shall make appropriate adjustments to ensure safe use. The judgment method is: during normal running,
if you feel the running belt pauses occasionally when your feet touch the running board it means the running belt or
ribbed belt has loosened, and further confirmation is needed. To determine the loosened part: remove the four screws
on the upper protective cover, and set the treadmill to run at the speed of 1 km/h, and then stand on the running belt
with both hands holding the handrails, and stamp on the running belt with both feet. (We recommend using the user’s
own weight to exert pressure on the running belt when he/she stamps on it.)
A. If the instantaneous pressure cannot stop the running belt, it means the ribbed belt or running belt is of appropriate
tightness.
B. If you find that the instantaneous pressure stops the running belt, while the ribbed belt and the front roller are still
rotating, it means the running belt is somewhat loose, and appropriate adjustments shall be made to ensure the safe
use. (Refer to the maintenance guidance on previous pages for the information on running belt tightness adjustment)
C. If you find that the instantaneous pressure stops the running belt and ribbed belt, while the motor is still rotating, it
means the ribbed belt is somewhat loose, and appropriate adjustments shall be made to ensure the safe use.
Adjustment method:
Step 1: First remove the 6 screws on the protective cover in front of the treadmill in order to remove the upper
protective cover.
