Switching off
1. Release the steam button.
2. The safety button is in the „lock” position.
3. Unplug the appliance. Attention! Never pull it by the cable, but by the plug.
4. Press the steaming button until the remaining steam flows out of the steam boiler.
Rinse the steam boiler
This is necessary if you use non-distilled water during steaming. Using tap water can cause limescale in the
system, which can have a detrimental effect on the steam boiler’s performance in the long run.
1. Allow the appliance to cool down completely after switching it off.
2. Do not connect the appliance to the mains!
3. Disconnect the accessories attached to the device.
4. Fill the steam boiler with water and rinse in a circular motion until the deposited limescale dissolves. Do
not use any chemicals for this operation.
5. Drain the water completely from the boiler.
6. Check with your local water company for the hardness of the tap water available to you. The cleaning
processes must be concentrated in direct proportion to the hardness of the water. If the water is hard
in your area, please clean the appliance frequently so that you can use it much longer without any
problems.

Cleaning of surfaces
Glass cleaning: Please keep in mind that at low outside temperatures, steam can break the glass due to stress
on the glass surface! Do not use the steam cleaner at low temperatures. For glass surfaces, avoid steaming at
one point. Gently steam the entire surface with the head fitted with a microfiber cloth.
General surface cleaning: Avoid cleaning glued, varnished surfaces. Vapor can cause the adhesive to dissolve
and damage furniture, doors, and window frames. Steam these surfaces for a short time and then wipe with
a soft cloth.
