3. If necessary you first have to pick up an
trunk line before dialling the actual
phone number. This depends onto the
PBX system. Some PBX systems support
the automatically pick up of a trunk
line. Some PBX support the manually
pick up.
4. Enter the telephone number you want
to call.
5. At the end of the telephone call plug
back the telephone into the cradle (the
telephone automatically carries out the
on-hook function) or press the on-hook
button.

Receive a call
1. To answer the telephone when it rings
press the off-hook button or pull it out
of the cradle.
2. At the end of the telephone call plug
back the telephone into the cradle (the
telephone automatically carries out the
on-hook function) or press the on-hook
