smontati e rimontati dall‘acquirente o da un centro di assistenza non autorizzato da Beurer;

– i danni occorsi nel trasporto dal produttore al cliente o tra il centro di assistenza e il cliente;

– i prodotti acquistati come articoli di seconda scelta o usati;

– i danni conseguenti che dipendono da un difetto del prodotto (in questo caso possono tuttavia esistere diritti de-

rivanti dalla responsabilità per i prodotti o da altre disposizioni di legge obbligatorie in materia di responsabilità).

Le riparazioni o la sostituzione completa non prolungano in alcun caso il periodo di garanzia.
