DRIVE SYSTEM

OPERATING THE MACHINE

1.  To control the machine, place hand(s) around the console and bail.  Squeezing the bail 

activates the transaxle drive forward and, when the scrub deck is in operating position, 

the brush motors and solution flow.

2.  To reverse the machine, push the bail wire away from the console handle. To slow 

down or stop simply release the bail. 

3.  The centralized Speed Control Knob on the console handle is used to reduce or 

increase the machine’s speed. This can be done while moving or standing still.

4.  Touch Encoder equipped machines can limit the top speed of the control knob.

NOTE:  Use good judgment when selecting a higher speed. Turn Clockwise to 

go faster / Turn Counterclockwise to go slower.
