The message:
means that at least one cell of the battery is not working. Replace the battery; recharging it is
dangerous. The message:
recharge the battery and test it again; if the result is the same, replace the battery.
The message:
means that the starting power is > 70%, although voltage is low; it will be enough to recharge it.

The study instrument complies with EMC Directive 89/336/EEC of 03/05/89, designed to harmonize
standards concerning electromagnetic compatibility in EEC member states, and the following
directives, 92/31/EEC of 28/04/92 and 93/68/EEC of 22/07/93 (amending previous Directive
89/336/EEC). Reference should also be made to Directive 76/89/EEC, concerning immunity, and
Italian Legislative Decree n°. 476 of 04/12/92, concerning implementation of the standard.
