OPERATION - General
The appliance is intended only for domestic use, not for professional use.

OPERATION - Before use for the first time
1. Unpack the appliance. Remove all packaging thoroughly.
2. Clean the appliance (see ‘Cleaning and maintenance’).
OPERATION - Using your power mixer
1. Attach the accessories to the appliance (see ‘Fitting the accessories’).
2. Insert the plug into the plug socket
3. Switch on the appliance by turning the speed dial to position ‘1’. Whilst mixing gradually increase the
speed by turning the speed dial to the required position.
4. As long as the turbo button is pressed during mixing, the mixer runs at the highest speed.
WARNING:
• The mixer may not be used for more than 5 consecutive minutes. Then wait 20 minutes to allow the
appliance to cool down.
5. Switch off the appliance by turning the speed dial to position ‘0’.
OPERATION - Attaching the accessories
You must always attach the accessories before switching on the mixer. The mixer is supplied with the
following accessories:
• Two whisks: these can be used to beat/mix egg white, whipped cream, mayonnaise, pudding, purée and
light types of dough;
• Two dough hooks: these can be used to mix heavier types of dough, such as dough for bread.
