Lift the plastic seat rail cover and slide a Lower
Connecting Bracket under the cover. Install an
M6 x 16mm Button Head Screw with an M6
Washer. Use a 4mm allen wrench to tighten.
Repeat on both sides of the vehicle.
Use an M6 x 15 Thumbscrew to mount a Lower
Mounting Bracket to the Lower Connecting Bracket.
Repeat on both sides of the vehicle.
Install Lower Connecting Brackets
Install Lower Mounting Brackets
Place the Lower Partition in the vehicle from the rear.
Use the M6 x 15mm Thumbscrews to secure the
Lower Partition to the Base Brackets installed in
Step 1.
Use a T-40 Torx to remove the screw from the front
corner near the sport bar and discard it. Use an M8
x 35mm Hex Bolt to install a Middle Bracket. Repeat
on both sides of the vehicle.
Use a 13mm wrench and socket to install a Middle
Bracket in the hole near the front sport bar using
an M8 x 35mm Hex Bolt, M8 Bushing, two (2) M8
Washers and an M8 Nut. Repeat on both sides of
the vehicle.
