Install 72" wall studs between the top and bottom plates. Assemble the frames with 10d sinkers,
(2) two nails per stud. Nail both wall frames together with (4) four 10d sinkers (stagger nails
on each side of the studs).
3.
Install (2) two 45" long 2x4s and a 72" long 2x4 as tie plates over the top plate. The tie plates
will extend 3-1/2" beyond the frame on each end. Use 10d sinkers spaced 16" apart.
