Installation of cutter

CAUTION: 

to avoid serious injury

Blade is sharp. Please handle carefully to avoid injury.

BLADE

1. Assemble parts in the following order:

holder A, blade, holder B, guard, fastening nut.

2. In order to lock the rotation of the spline shaft, align

the holes (x) of gear case and holder A and insert bar
wrench.

3. Rotate the blade-fastening nut with a plug box

wrench counter-clockwise until securely tightened.
(Recommended torque - 30 Newton Metres).

NYLON CUTTER

1. When fixing the nylon cutter, assemble parts in the

following order:
holder A, holder B, adaptor bolt, nylon cutter.

2. As in the case of fixing the blade, insert bar wrench to

lock the rotation of the spline shaft.

3. Rotate the nylon cutter counter-clockwise until

securely tightened.

WARNING: 

to avoid serious injury

Stop the engine before attaching or detaching the blade.
