Refurbishment Program:
Should the watch be out of warranty (more than 3 years old), damaged
severely, deemed overly abused, or water damaged as a result of pushing
buttons when watch is submerged, we offer our refurbishment program.
The way it works is as follows:
a)
Send us your out of warranty or damaged watch head to the below
address. Just the watch head, keep your band.
b)
Include a note or use the Refurbishment coupon (available at our
website:
www.bertucciwatches.com
) advising nature of the problem
(if known) and what type of new band you want on the refurbished watch.
c)
The note should also include your name, return address and phone
number.
d)
Include check or money order made out to MH Bertucci, Inc. in the
amount based on the refurbishment pricing.
e)
We will send out a fully refurbished watch to the address provided in
the note.

The refurbished watch includes:
• refurbished, recertified, and cleaned watch head.
• new band
• new battery
• 1 year warranty
Note: The refurbished watch sent back may include some minor or cosmetic
scratches to the case only. You may not get back your exact watch.
