Operating Instructions
Continuity testing
- with optical signal:
Use the middle and the right socket. The LED lights within a range of 0 – 30 Ohm.
- with acoustical signal:
Use the right and the left socket. A green LED lights on and an acoustical signal
is hearing within a range of 0 – 250 Ohm.
Torch lamp:
Put the switch on the side of the tester to top position. The LED lights within 60
hours permanent with new batteries. Simultaneous testing with acoustical signal
and the torch lamp function is possible.
Voltage testing with and without contact:
Connect the measuring line to the left-hand socket. Do not touch the metal clip!
For non-contact testing keep the instrument a few cm from the voltage source and
touch the metal clip (finger contact). The red LED lights on.
Power supply: 3 x 1,5V AA/LR6A/Mignon
Surge Proof 300V AC/DC (max. 30s)
DANGER: Before opening the instrument remove all measuring lines!
