2.4. Electrical connection
Check that the line voltage corresponds to that indicated on the machine plate.
The connection of the three-phase grater must be carried out exclusively by a specialized electrician, since the machine
is supplied complete with a power cable and a 16A CEE plug.
The earth connection must be carried out in compliance with the relevant legislation.
Switch on the machine only after checking that it is ready for operation.
Connect the machine to the power supply only for grating, otherwise keep the appliance unplugged.
2.5. Control of the direction of rotation
When connecting check the correct direction of rotation of the roller.
This operation must be performed with the presser lowered to have the conditions
electrical devices that allow it to function. The roller in front must rotate counterclockwise.
2.6. Use of commands
To operate the machine press the WHITE button at this point it is possible to start the grinding operation. Pressing the
BLACK button stops the appliance.
2.7. Design tricks
The following measures have been adopted:
• demountable cheese processing group.
• protection of the product that prevents contact with the roller
• safety micro on the roller protection lever
• materials suitable for use in the food industry
• structural conformation that allows easy cleaning of every part of the grater
• safety microswitch on the cheese processing unit that allows use only when it is
correctly assembled.

2.8. Warning postings
In accordance with the provisions CEE directive 89/392 and its amendments, the following warning postings have been
prepared: In the event of deterioration, these signals must be replaced immediately, preventing the use of the device.
Safety requirements:
This product is not intended for use by people with reduced physical, sensory capabilities mental or insufficient
experience and knowledge unless they are under surveillance • Read the instructions carefully and completely before
use • Do not allow unauthorized personnel to use the grater • Prepare a large work surface taking care of the operating
space it must be clear of obstacles, clean, dry and adequately lit. • Use the grater only and exclusively for the intended
use, or to grind cheese or hard bread. • Pay the utmost attention to the work you are about to do. • During use it is
recommended to avoid distractions (for example, talk to other people) • In the event of a jam during use, for unlocking
use only the tools supplied. (in case of doubt, stop the machine and contact the manufacturer or seller) • Never use the
grater if it is damaged and always warn the person in charge of maintenance of any irregularity in operation. • Take care
of the clothing of the personnel working on the machine: keep the sleeves tight around the wrists and in any case do not
wear clothes with dangling parts such as ties, scarves, unbuttoned jackets or torn, unfastened or open zipped dresses.
Don't wear rings, bracelets, chains. etc. • Prohibition of tampering with safety devices • Prohibition of production
management with safety devices disconnected or non-installed fixed guards • It is forbidden to leave the grater with the
guards removed • Prohibition of modifications for the adaptation of devices / objects not provided by the manufacturer.
• Boxes containing electrical parts must always remain closed. • Do not bring high temperature heat sources to the
machine.
