4 MACHINE USE
4.1. Starting up

To start the machine press the general button on position 1 WHITE
4.2. Tuning and adjustement
To guarantee the correct operation of the machine it is necessary to follow the necessary control and adjustment
operations before starting it.

4.3. Presser adjustement

4.5. Assembly and disassembly group
To disassemble the unit, check before the grater is turned off and presser closed.
Unscrew, the two clamps that fix the mouth, remove the container of the processed product, grasp it
the mouth and extract the mouth group, at this point the grater is ready to be cleaned,
To reassemble proceed in reverse order.
