Introduction

 

This user’s manual is intended for installing, using and servicing your Berg Ice Machine.  It is 

recommended that this manual be kept in an accessible place.  Every Berg Ice  machine is 

designed and manufactured according to the highest standards of safety and performance It 

meets or exceeds the safety standard of UL563 and sanitation standard NSF12.
