Ice cream maker Use instructions
CREAM
Cream is useful to bring fat to ice-cream and add also water. The best cream to use is the single
liquid one, easy to whip, that cointains about the 35% of fats. The double cream should be ok, but
pay attention to the thickeners or to the cheese.
SUGAR
In the ice cream we can use different type of sugar to obtain different results. For example: sucrose
or sugar, dextrose, fructose, xylitol and some other more.
..REMEMBER..
Choose always good quality ingredients: fresh fruits, long-life milk (the skimmed one increased the
risk of the ice crystals), fresh eggs, vanilla pods, good chocolate.
To obtain the best fruits ice-cream, blend it.
For best results, prepare the base of your ice cream the day before the expected consumption. Let it
in the fridge and after the blending (from 45 to 50 minutes) in the ice-cream maker put the ice cream
in the fridge a couple of hours. Before eat your ice-cream, leave it at the ambient tempearure from
3 to 5 minutes before serve the ice-cream.
Every ingredient and tool must be cold. Before using the ice-cream maker put in the fridge all the
ingredients about 6 hours, better if a whole night. Cool also the mixing and the basket.
