10 INSTRUCTION MANUAL
USING THE OVEN FOR BAKING:
1. Place the grill or baking tray on the lower or middle level of the oven.
2. Place the baking dish with the contents on the grill.
3. Set the desired cooking temperature using the temperature controller.
4. Set the heating element operation switch to (turn on the Lower heating element)
5. When cooking is complete, set the heating element operation switch to the Off position.
6. In order to get the grating or the baking tray use a holder and potholders.
7. Use the lower or middle level for making cookies,, for puff pastry-only the lower level, for yeast
baking-the lower and middle level.
To get a Golden crust, use the upper heating element together with the lower one.
USING THE OVEN FOR PASTRY:
1. Preheat the oven to 250°C for 15 minutes by turning on the lower and upper heating elements,
turning the heating element switch to the desired position and setting the temperature controller
to the desired value (250°C).
2. Place the food on the grill or baking tray.
3. Set the desired cooking temperature using the temperature controller and set the baking tray or
food rack to the middle level of the oven. If you are using a grate, place the pan on the lower level
so that the liquid from the grate flows into it.
4. When cooking is complete, turn the heating element operation switch to the" off "position and
set the temperature controller to the" 0" position, thereby disabling it.
5. In order to get the grating or the baking tray use a holder and potholders.
Attention! The device is intended for domestic use only.
STORAGE, CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
- The device is recommended to be stored in a cool dry place, out of the reach of children and
animals, at a temperature from 0 to +40 °C and a relative humidity of no more than 80%.
- Before cleaning, disconnect the appliance from the mains and allow it to cool completely.
- Wipe the appliance body with a damp cloth and wipe it dry.
- Wipe the interior walls and oven door with a damp sponge or cloth, then wipe dry. If the interior
walls and oven door are very dirty, use a small amount of detergent, then carefully remove it with a
damp cloth or sponge and wipe it dry.
- Wash the accessories (holder, baking tray, and grill) in hot water using detergent. Accessories are
suitable for washing in the dishwasher.
ATTENTION!
To clean the appliance, do not use abrasive cleaners, metal brushes, or other items
that may damage the coating of the appliance and accessories.
If the appliance fails, do not attempt to repair it yourself. We strongly recommend contacting an
authorized service center.
To avoid damage, only transport the device in its original packaging. After transporting or storing
the device at a low temperature, it must be kept at room temperature for at least two hours.
