18 Using your phone
•
When there is an active call and a call on hold.
a. Press (
Swap
) to resume the call that is on hold, and
put the active call on hold.
b. Press to show a list of calls that you can end.
Making a second call*
Enter a phone number, or select one from the Phone Book or call
record, and then press . The currently active call will
automatically be placed on hold.
Call waiting*
If there is an incoming call while you are on the phone, the phone will
notify you with a call waiting tone. If you want to

Answer the waiting call: Press . The currently active call will
automatically be placed on hold. However, if there is already
another call on hold, a list will appear allowing you to select a call
to end and then answer the waiting call.

Reject the waiting call: Press or (
End
). Pressing
( End ) will immediately reject the waiting call; pressing
will bring up a list allowing you to select a call to end.
Call menu
Pressing during a call will bring up a call menu which provides
a number of functions available during a call.
