TO START THE BENEWIN
PROGRAM
Connect your phone with a cable to the
serial port of your computer, which is
called COM1 or COM2. The serial ports
are located in the back of your computer,
and more precise instructions can be
found in the manual accompanying the
computer. Plug the flat end of the cable
into the connector at the bottom of your
phone.
Cables are required for transfer of data be-
tween the BeneWin program and your
phone. It is also possible to start up
BeneWin and modify settings without the
cable connection.
If you make your modifications in this
manner, save the new settings so that you
can transfer the data to your phone later.
