Place Receiver Weldment (item 8) on the left and right Short Lift Arms (items 6 & 7). Verify both 

Receivers are oriented as shown in figure below.

Slide the Wheel Fork Assembly (item 9) into the Receiver Weldment (item 8) on both left and right 

sides orient the part as shown below.
