NOTE:
If more than one radar sensor is installed onto one side of the vehicle, splice the radar sensor cables together
inside the cab. Up to four cables can be spliced for each operator display unit.

All wire harness connectors must be properly seated
to maintain environmental seals. Push the mating
connector until it clicks for a latched seal. Refer to the
following steps to install the radar sensor harness.

1. Insert the harness assembly six-pin connector into
the radar sensor.
2. Apply dielectric grease (12) to the terminals.
3. Route the harness through the bracket.
4. Secure the harness at the bracket as needed.
5. Secure the harness inside the frame rail. Protect the
cable from damage by road debris, vibration chafing,
and crush points.
6. Route the harness into the cab to the operator
display unit. Use the grommet (11) and corrugated
loom to protect the harness from chafing at the pass-
through hole into the cab.
