Bestimmungsgemäße Verwendung
Das CMS460-D4 überwacht den Laststrom an Drei-
Phasen-Trenntransformatoren. Jede der drei Phasen
wird mit einem Messstrom wandler (STW2…4) zur
Laststrommessung versehen. Nach den Normen für
Stromversorgungen in medizinisch genutzten
Bereichen (DIN VDE 0100-710 (VDE 0100-710), ÖVE/
ÖNORM E 8007, IEC 60364-7-710), ist der Schutz von
Trenntransformatoren gegen Überlast durch
Abschaltung nicht zulässig. Statt dessen ist die Über-
wachung auf Überlast und Übertemperatur gefor-
dert. In Verbindung mit dem isoMED427P übernimmt
das CMS460-D4 die Laststromüberwachung für drei-
phasige Trenntransformatoren.Eine andere oder dar-
über hinausgehende Benutzung gilt als nicht bestim-
mungsgemäß.

Intended use
The CMS460-D4 is intended to monitor load currents
of threephase isolating transformers. One measuring
current transformer (STW2…4) is provided at each of
the three phases for measuring the load current.
According to the standards set down for power sup-
plies in medical locations (DIN VDE 0100-710
(VDE100-710), ÖVE/ÖNORM E 8007, IEC 60364-7-710),
overload protection of isolating transformers by dis-
connection is not allowed. Instead, monitoring of
overload and high temperature is required for the
medical IT transformer. In combination with the iso-
MED427P or the 107TD47, the CMS460-D4 has the
task of monitoring the load current for three-phase
transformers. Any other use or use beyond this is
considered improper use.
