7.2.2 Security of the seaming machine
WARNING!
The seaming machine must
never be used on roofs and
facades without supervision
and security. Under no circum-
stances should the machine fall
from the roof / facade.
7.2.3 Use of the seaming machine on
roofs
Secure the safety cable to the hole (

of
the seaming machine
by means of
snap hooks and secure it to the roof at
the other end.

or:
Connect one end of a 3 m long safety
cable to the seaming machine's hole

) by means of snap hooks, the other
end to the
operator
secured to the
roof. Control and follow the machine
during the seaming process.

Secure the seaming machine with a safety
cable from above, with max. 3.0 m through
the slope over the snap hook to the hole
