Placing your hearing aids in your ears

How to tell left from right

Left hearing aid

(has a blue marking on the shell)

Right hearing aid

(has a red marking on the shell)

NOTE:

Your hearing aids are made to fit exactly into your left and your right ear, respectively. So each of

them will only fit correctly in the ear it is made for.

CAUTION:

If you have two hearing aids, they may be programmed differently. Do not swap them as this

could damage your hearing.
