1. Press the FPL button and rotate the small right knob to display the flight plan catalog.
2. Press the MENU button to display options for the flight plan catalog.
3. Turn the large right knob to highlight "Create New Flight Plan?" and press ENT.
4. A blank flight plan page will appear for the nearest location.
5. Repeat the necessary steps for entering the ID for each additional flight plan waypoint.
6. Once you have entered all the waypoints, press the small right knob.
7. To return to the flight plan catalog use the small right knob.
To add waypoints to the existing flight plan:
1. Press the FPL button and rotate the small right knob to display the flight plan catalog.
2. Press the small right knob to activate the cursor.
3. Turn the large right knob to highlight the desired flight plan and press ENT.
4. Follow the instructions on the FLPact page.
To remove a waypoint from the current flight plan:
1. Press the FPL button and rotate the small right knob to display the flight plan catalog.
2. Press the small right knob to activate the cursor.
3. Turn the large right knob to highlight the desired flight plan and press ENT.
4. Follow the instructions on the FLPact page.
To activate a flight plan:
1. From the flight plan catalog page, click the small right knob to activate the cursor.
2. Press the MENU options to display the flight plan directory window.
3. Turn the large right knob to highlight "Activate Flight Plan?" and press ENT .
To invert the flight plan:
After departing on the flight plan, you can invert the route to navigate back to your initial point of
departure.
1. Follow the steps described above to activate the flight plan.
2. On the active flight plan page, press MENU to display the options window of the active flight
plan.
3. Turn the large right knob to highlight "Invert Flight Plan?" and press ENT. The initial flight
plan will be saved in your flight plan directory.
