WARRANTY LIABILITIES
The manufacturer guarantees fail-safe machine operation for the period of 12 months from the
day of selling by a sales organization provided that all the requirements of the present Operating
Manual are observed.
The date of sale should be filled in Approval Certificate and Warranty Cards. In case of the absence
of a date of sale, the warranty period is calculated from the date of the machine manufacture.
For warranty repair performing it is necessary to send the machine to a warranty repair shop in
firm transportation packing that provides product safety.
During the warranty period, all the malfunctions caused by the manufacturer are eliminated free.
After repair performing, Warranty Card is kept in the repair shop.
List of machine damaging after which warranty liabilities are cancelled:
• mechanical damage; damage from the effect of corrosive environment, extreme
temperatures, ingression of foreign objects;
• the machine was disassembled by the consumer;
• the machine was operated with overload;
• parts and units were replaced independently; the arrangement was changed;
• defects caused by incorrect storing (corrosion of metal parts), strong contamination or
negligent use;
• failures resulting from power line instability or incorrect connection to the power line;
• the machine was used other way, then intended;
• defects are caused by force majeure circumstances (accident, fire, flood, lightning stroke, etc.).
The operational life of the machine is not less than five years provided that the machine was
regularly maintained and the operating conditions were observed.
List of parts, not covered by the warranty:
• saw blade;
• drive belts;
• planing knives;
• plastic casings and guards.
