About the BE1350 Alarm Clock Classic
Intended purpose
The intended purpose of this alarm clock is to awake and alert deaf and hard of
hearing people of a set alarm.
Principle of operation
The alarm clock is typically placed on the bedside table and used during the night.
When the alarm clock is activated by a set alarm, it emits an ascending multi-tone
signal. In addition to the sounding alarm, it is equipped with a bed shaker that
produces vibrations under the pillow or mattress.
Intended user group
The intended user group consists of people of all ages with mild to severe hearing
loss or deafness that need audio, visual or sensory amplification.
