PROBLEM
Wrong motor starts to run
CAUSE
Set-up error
SOLUTION
Contact your dealer
PROBLEM
The bed isn’t responding
CAUSE
No power / Motor short-circuited / Power blackout
SOLUTION
Check whether the bed is connected to the power grid / Check whether the main cable of the control box is connected
properly / Check whether the power strip in the bed works properly. Check whether the bed has short-circuited,
switch circuit breaker / Disconnect plugs from motors one by one until the system works again / Consult power company
PROBLEM
Bed does not respond to manual or foot control
CAUSE
Loose connection / Cable damage
SOLUTION
Check the connection of the manual/foot control in the T-cable or the control box / Replace control panel in question
Press and Hold both High-Low Up and High-Low Down keys
at exactly the same time for 5 seconds, and hear a rapid
“beep” sound.
The reset of the control box will be done when the rapid
“beep” sound is stopped.
