Installing a Stinger MS+

Before you begin

Verify that you have completed the following tasks:

Mounting the unit

Stinger MS+ units are delivered with mounting brackets installed on the chassis.
Three Models can be ordered with brackets for different rack-mounting
requirements.

STGRMSP19—for mounting in a 19-inch (48.26cm) equipment rack

■

STGRMSPETSI—for mounting in a a 51.5cm (20.28-inch) European
Telecommunications Standards Institute (ETSI) equipment rack

■

STGRMSP23— for mounting in a a 23-inch (58.42cm) equipment rack

The rack-mount spacing meets IEC 297-2 and ANSI/EIA-RS-310-C standards.
