4.4.4 Cleaning the water inlet filters
A filter is located at the end of each water inlet valve, located on the back of the
machine and at the end of each water inlet hose, where they connect to the tap.
These filters prevent foreign bodies and dirt in the water from
and wash-linen ge. Filters should be cleaned when they become dirty.
1. Close the taps.
2. Remove the nuts from the water inlet
hoses to access the filters on the water
inlet valves. Clean them with a suitable
brush. If the filters are very dirty,
remove them from their locations using
the pliers then Clean them.
3. Extract the filters from the flat ends of
the water inlet hoses as well as the
seals and Clean them thoroughly
with tap water.
4. Carefully replace gaskets and
filters and hand tighten nuts.
4.4.5 Draining remaining water and cleaning the pump filter
The filtration system in your machine prevents solid items such as buttons, coins,
and fabric fibers from clogging the pump impeller during the discharge of wash
water. Thus, the water will be discharged without problems and the service life
of the pump will be extended.
If your machine is not draining water, the pump filter is clogged. The filter should
be cleaned whenever it becomes clogged or every 3 months. The water must be
drained first to clean the pump filter.
In addition, before transporting the machine (moving it from one house to another for
example) and in the event of freezing water, it may be necessary to drain the water
completely.
AT
CAUTION :
Foreign matter left in the pump filter can damage your machine or
cause it to make noises.
CAUTION :
When the product is not in use, turn off the tap, remove the
supply hose and drain the water inside the machine to avoid any risk of
freezing.
CAUTION :
After each use, close the machine's water supply tap.
To clean the dirty filter and drain the water:
1 Unplug the machine to cut off the power supply.
AT
CAUTION :
The temperature of the water contained in the machine can rise up to 90
ºC. To avoid any risk of burns, clean the filter after the water in the machine has cooled
down.
