6 Troubleshooting

Robot direct charging error
Charging adapter connection
may be faulty
Make sure the charging adapter
lead is inserted into the socket.
The robot's power switch is off. Turn it on by pressing the
power button (5).
The bottom of the robot or
the charging unit (17) may be
covered with dust.
Clean the charging contacts on
both the robot and the charging
unit with a dry cloth.
Automatic charging error Charging unit position incorrect
Plug in the charging unit (17),
place the charging unit at the
intersection of several rooms,
remove obstacles within 1
meter from the right or left and
2 meters from the front of the
charging unit.
Robot encounters obstacle Robot may be stuck in cables
The robot will try to escape
from the stuck place, please
help the robot in case it fails.
Remove cables from the floor
for better performance.
Robot returns to the charging
dock without completing the
cleaning process
Charges automatically in case
of low battery level
The robot will remember where
it left off in the cleaning process
and will continue cleaning when
the charging is complete.
Programming error
Programming may have been
canceled.
Reset programming.
The robot may be turned off. Turn on the robot.
Remote control error
Low battery level of the remote
control (18)
Replace the battery of the
remote control (18).
Robot is turned off or has low
battery level
Turn the robot on and charge it.
There are other infrared
controllers around the robot
Avoid using near other infrared
remote controls.
The remote control is out of
range
Check within 5 m distance with
the remote control.
