Note:

• It is recommended that an original 

OEKOSORB cartridge be kept in stock 

at all times. 

•  Only use OEKOSORB cartridge to en-

sure operational reliability. The original 

cartridges are identified by their label-

ling (

C

) and the test seal. 

• Do not use any other material. Oth-

erwise the correct functioning of the 

QWIK-PURE (wastewater quality, 

through-put capacity, service life) can-

not be guaranteed. 

•  Remove plastic bag if present before 

cartridge installation!

Procedure

•  Step 1. Keep the plastic bag of the 

new cartridge for wrapping up the old one. 

•

  Step 2. Shut off the condensate feed to 

the unit.

•

  Step 3. Remove the QWIKPURE lid by 

loosening the 4 screws on the lid top.

•

  Step 4. Lift the old cartridge for the main 

tank and allow it to drain. Once the cartridge 

has drained place it in the plastic bag and 

dispose of the unit according to your local 

regulations.

•

  Step. 5 Thoroughly clean the main tank 

area with non-abrasive and surfactant-free 

cleaner.

•

  Step. 6 Insert new cartridge slowly and 

ensure that the guide pins located on 

each side of the cartridge match up to the 

container holes  

•

  Step 7. Re-install the lid with the 4 screws. 

Make sure not to over tighten.

•

  Step 8. MUST BE COMPLETED before 

introducing compressed air condensate to 

unit. Pour water into the unit from the top 

through the pressure relief chamber area. 

•

  Step 9. Stop pouring the water (approx. 18 

gallons) when it starts to come out at the 

water outlet that is located on the side of 

the unit.

•

  Step 10. Wait approximately 5 mins so the 

cartridge will adsorb some of water  & add 

additional water to the unit until you see 

water coming out of the outlet again. Once 

this has been accomplished the unit will 

be recharged and ready for full operation. 

•

  Step 11. You know can introduce conden-

sate into unit via the multiple inlet adaptor 

located on the top lid.
