5.3 Work Functions

Top and bottom heating

Bottom heating

Fan supported bottom/top heating

NOTE: When the temperature outside the oven door is opened to escape the fan motor
does not work.

Food is heated simultaneously
from the top and bottom. For
example, it is suitable for cakes,
pastries, or cakes and casseroles
in baking moulds. Cook with one
tray only.
Suitable rack position will be
displayed on screen.

Only bottom heating is in
operation. It is suitable for pizza
and for subsequent browning of
food from the bottom.

Hot air heated by the bottom and
top heaters is evenly distributed
throughout the oven rapidly by
means of the fan. Cook with one
tray.
