For a tasty coffee,
make sure that the
inside of the cooking
reservoir (19) is dry
and clean.
5. Place the cooking reservoir (19)
to the machine.

WARNING: The
appliance will not
start unless you
place the cooking
reservoir (19) prop-
erly into its seat.
6. Depending on the amount of
coffee you will make, press the
single serving (2 or 6) or double
serving (4 or 8) button on the
front panel.

The machine will
emit a beep sound
and the station mode
light (3 or 7) will light
in blue.

The cooking time is
1.5 to 2 minutes for
single serving, and
2.5 to 3.5 minutes for
double serving.

Cooking time will
decrease in repeti-
tive cooking as the
heating surface (14)
will already be hot.
7. Once the coffee-making process
is complete, the machine will
emit an audible signal and the
station mode light (3 or 7) will
start to flash in blue.

WARNING: For
a tasty coffee, take
the cooking reservo-
ir (19) from the coo-
king seat (20 or 21)
without waiting!
8. When the coffee is cooked,
transfer it to the coffee cup and
serve.

Pour coffee swiftly
in order to prevent
foam and grounds
from remaining in the
cooking reservoir.

You can operate
both of the cooking
reservoirs (19) at the
same time to prepare
Turkish coffee for 4
servings.
