5. Radars



The radar can only function properly in flat field, and cant work properly in sloping

field with an inclination of more than 10

or field with sudden elevation changes.



Be extra careful when flying on inclined surfaces. Recommended maximum

inclination at different aircraft speeds: 10° at 0.9 m/s, 6° at 3.2 m/s, and 3° at 4.5 m/s.

Pay attention that obstacle avoidance radar will be adversely affected when aircraft pitch

angle exceeds 15
