Mode 15: Flasher, running light
In this mode there are 4 different variants of flashers / running lights to choose from:

The speed of the light sequences can be changed in 8 steps. If the fastest speed is
reached at level 8 and the level is increased again, the system switches back to the
slowest level 1.
