The appliance may no longer be used if components have failed or no longer function
properly. In this case, the appliance must be repaired by a qualified technician or by the
Beer Grill customer service.
Before requesting service, please check the mains connection and the fuses and check the
following points:

If the warming device does not work at all, please check the following points:
Operating light is dark
- The power supply is interrupted self-checking
- A fuse has blown, check auxiliary appliances self-checking
- Light is dark self-checking
- The plug is firmly in the socket self-checking
- Power has been switched on self-checking
- The electronic has been properly set self-checking

The warming device is working, but incorrect:
The products are too tepid or too hot
- The ambient temperature is too high self-checking
- Too much or too cool/hot food in the appliance self-checking
- The appliance is subject to strong draughts self-checking
- Position of the rotary control self-checking
Should the options listed not be the cause of the error, please contact customer service.
We are not liable for loss of goods, even if the appliance is still covered
by warranty. It is therefore recommended that the temperature of the
appliance be checked periodically.
