machine-generated and dated sales receipt or invoice is to be enclosed with the product
or spare parts order. Warranty services cannot be rendered without a machine-generated
sales receipt or invoice, neither for repairs, nor for spare parts or other claims.

preferably via email. You can also arrange for repairs that are not covered by the
warranty to be carried out by customer service – outside of Germany via the dealer from
