Using the Appliance

Note:

The appliance is suited especially for the preparation of baby foods, marmalade, soups,

and sauces.

Note:

For rice, use at least 1 L of

water and max. 250 g rice.

The spur can be used to

remove the steamer basket

by the handle.

Use the steamer basket for cooking of rice, potatoes, and vegetables.

Using the Steamer Basket

Set the steamer basket

with the food into the

bowl.

Fill at least 500 ml of

water into the bowl. This

quantity is sufficient for a

steaming duration of ca. 30

minutes.

Close the bowl and set the

appliance to 100 to 120 °C

as described under “Heat-

ing, Cooking”. Possibly

reduce the speed to 1.
