Sequence Analysis Troubleshooting Guide

Shown in Figure 7 are the current profiles of a set of capillaries with an air bubble on
the manifold side of the CEQ gel system.

Corrective actions to solve manifold bubble current problems

1.

Do 1–2 manifold purges from the Direct Control menu on the CEQ Run
application.

2.

Check the sample plate for air bubbles before loading it onto the CEQ.

3.

Call Beckman Coulter, Inc. service if the first two actions do not fix the problem.
