Attach the two top shelf rails to the headboard
with two x 45mm bolts ensuring the grooves are
facing inwards and towards the bottom.
Attach the two top rails to the headboard with
two x 45mm bolts.
Repeat for middle shelf.

Carefully lay the change table down with the
shelves standing up.
Insert the top shelf by sliding it in the grooves
on the top shelf rails and into the groove in the
headboard.
Place the remaining foot end onto the shelves
making sure each shelf sits in the foot end
groove.
When the foot end is in position, secure with the
remaining six x 45mm bolts.

WARNING!
Do not over-tighten bolts.
