REMEDYING THE PROBLEMS

Hardly any air flows out of
the unit.
The protective film has not been
removed from the filter
Remove the foil.
Air inlet or outlet is blocked.
Remove objects that could block
the air intake.
The unit is too close to the wall.
Place the unit at least 30 cm
away from walls and objects.
The unit always indicates
poor air quality.
The air quality sensor is dirty.
Clean the sensor.
The windows in the room are
open. Impurities from outside
enter the room
Always close the windows when
using the unit.
Air quality is not improving.
The filters are in need of
maintenance
Clean or replace the filters
The unit runs at a low level in
manual mode
Set the unit to Auto mode or
increase the level.
