BEFORE USE
1. Carefully but firmly
remove the lower
cover

by pulling it
straight down. Do not
twist, bend, or force the
cover open.

2. Insert the two AA
batteries (provided)
in the battery
compartment,

align them with the
polarity markings.
3. Make sure that the
two silicone rings are
properly placed on
the grooves. This will
ensure the product
is sealed.
4. Replace the lower cover

and push it towards the suction
tube

until both pieces click back in place.
HOW TO USE YOUR RINÖ
1. Choose the appropriate silicone tip

based on the size and shape of
your baby’s nostril, as well as the degree of congestion. Make sure it is
securely attached to the mucus collection cup

.
2. Hold your baby in an upright position and gently insert the silicone tip
A
/
B
into your baby’s nose. To avoid risk of injury, do not insert the tip too deeply,
press against the wall of the nostril, or completely block the nostril. For best
results, the tip should be pointed towards the outer side of the nostril at a
90-degree angle.
3. Press and hold the Power button
F
to start the gentle and steady suction
process. A few seconds of use should be enough. Release the Power button
F
and remove the device from your baby’s nostril when done.
PLEASE NOTE:
(1) It may take a bit of time for mucus to be visible in the collection cup. However, the mucus will be
visible as soon as you detach the collection cup for cleaning.
(2) Do not use the Rinö if the level of mucus is about to exceed the opening channel (about 4 ml).
