Step 1: Connect a minimum of 60psi air pressure to the Regulator, approximately 28 in

/ batch.
Note: Customer to provide chemical supply tanks.
The Control Panel handles up to two separate
chemical pumping stations and each requires
calibration before treatment begins. Note: Consult the Supply Tank manual for proper
installation and operation details.
Step 3: Open the Pump Head.
• Insert one end of the Pump Element into the lower fitting on the inside of the Hopper Frame.
• Set the Pump Element on the Pump rollers.
• Connect the other end of the Pump Element to the elbow fitting connected to the top of the Hopper Frame.
• Close the Pump Head on the Pump Element.
