Use common sense and a systematic method of troubleshooting to determine the exact problem, probable cause and
remedy. Use the process of elimination to find the faulty
component. Always check for the simple and obvious causes
first such as unplugged, loose or broken wires and bad sensors, bent, pinched, stuck or jammed components.
No power to the game.
No lights on at all.
Unplugged.
Circuit breaker tripped.
Power strip faulty.
Faulty cable/power supply.
Check wall outlet.
Reset power strip breaker switch or building
circuit breaker.
Change plug position, replace if needed.

Game not coining up.
Ensure game makes sound
when coin switch is triggered.
Verify communication
between Central Main Board
and Door Board.
Game set to large amount of
credits per game.
Check coin switch—Should be wired normal-
ly closed. NC
Check wiring to Door Board. Cable

Check Central Board Pinout for switch to be
set to the up position, NC.
No Sound
Central Main Board controls

Volume set to zero on Central

Disconnected, loose or bro-
ken wires.
Faulty speaker.
Turn up volume controls.
Check connections and reseat audio cable
from Central Main Board to Speakers.
