Highlight the customer’s name, and select the
User Info
tab in the middle
of the screen.
From here you can edit the customer’s personal information as described in
your Control Center Administration Guide.
Viewing the Database Containing the Customer Account Numbers and
PINs
1.
In SQL Query, select the
ns_db
database.
2.
Enter the following query into SQL Query:
Select * from customer_account_t
This produces a list of the customer information in the Results window.
To authenticate the customer’s account and PIN numbers at the time of the
call, you need to collect the digits and authorize the user to place the call.
Refer to the Control Center Administration Guide to read how to use the
Control Center to edit the Gateway’s call flow.
Starting the Server
The Gateway Routing Manager runs as a Windows NT Service. The installation
program sets the service to start automatically.
To configure the Oracle services to start automatically:
1.
From Windows, choose
Start
.
2.
Choose
Settings
.
3.
Choose
Control Panel
.
4.
Choose
Services
.
5.
After the
Services
program is running, select
OracleServiceCS
and
OracleTNSListner
in the Services dialog box.
6.
Click on
Startup
.
7.
Change the service startup from
Manual
to
Automatic
in the
Startup Type
section.
