Chapter 3 ROM Monitor Commands
To provide remote access to the Remote Annex 4000 ROMs:
1 From a site local to the Remote Annex 4000:

Put the Remote Annex in test mode so the monitor
prompt appears on the console.

Set the modem to auto-answer mode.
2 From the Remote Annex 4000 console port:

At the monitor prompt, enter console-baud.
❑
At the Select Baud Rate prompt, enter the appropriate
baud rate or auto.
❑
Connect the modem to the Remote Annex’s console port.
3 From the remote site:

Dial into the modem connected to the
Remote Annex.
❑
Press the key until the monitor prompt appears.
