Solution
No Control Module power indication.
➢
Check for power at outlet.
➢
Unplug Alert input and Thermostat
connectors, if power light comes on
there is a short or improper connection
on one or both of these connections.
➢
Contact support for replacement
Control Module.
Keypad is dark, no power at keypad.
➢
Check Control Module has power.
➢
Check wiring between Keypad and
Control module.
➢
Check for power (3.3 VDC) on the red
and white terminals of the Thermostat
connector of the Control Module, and
on the wires at the Thermostat Keypad.
➢
Contact support for a replacement
Thermostat Keypad.
Fan control does not work.
➢
Verify on the Thermostat Keypad that
the Fan is selected ON.
➢
Verify on the Control Module that the
Fan light is ON.
➢
Check the red and green wires
between the Furnace/AC connector on
the Control Module and your
Furnace/AC.
➢
Check that the Furnace/AC has power.
Heat does not work.
➢
Verify that Heat mode is selected on
the Thermostat Keypad.
➢
Verify that the set point is higher than
the current temperature.
➢
Verify on the Control Module that the
Heat light is ON.
➢
Check the red and white wires between
the Furnace/AC connector on the
Control Module and your Furnace/AC.
➢
Check that the Furnace/AC has power.
