Note : Water-resistance

If you have a water-resistant watch, this feature is only
guaranteed if an authorized Baume & Mercier After-Sales
Service Center or an authorized Baume & Mercier retailer
has performed a water-resistance test each time the wat-
chcase was opened, for any reason whatsoever.

GUARANTEE FOR AUSTRALIA

The following Guarantee for Australia terms and conditions
only apply to Baume & Mercier watches sold or presented
for guarantee-covered service in Australia, in lieu of the
Baume & Mercier Limited Warranty for the United States
of America and Canada and the International Guarantee
covering any Baume & Mercier watch sold or presented
for guarantee-covered service anywhere else in the world.

Mandatory statutory rights

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded
under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a
replacement or refund for a major failure and compensa-
tion for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced
if goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does
not amount to a major failure.

Guarantee cover

This Baume & Mercier Guarantee gives you additional rights
provided by Baume & Mercier. Every Baume & Mercier watch
is made and tested to meet the Baume & Mercier quality stan-
dards. Nevertheless, should your Baume & Mercier watch
prove defective, please contact the Baume & Mercier retailer
indicated on your Baume & Mercier Guarantee Certificate; only
authorized Baume & Mercier retailers are entitled to provide
guarantee service as defined in this Baume & Mercier Gua-
rantee. In order to benefit from this guarantee you will be
required to present the Baume & Mercier Guarantee Certifi-
cate duly completed, dated, stamped and signed by an autho-
rized Baume & Mercier retailer. This Baume & Mercier Gua-
rantee covers defects of materials or workmanship of your
Baume & Mercier watch. Baume & Mercier will remedy these
identified defects free of charge for up to 24 months from the
date of purchase. Thereafter, Baume & Mercier will repair any
defective product or part subject to a service charge.
